Q. Will I need a visa in Australia?
A. Yes you will. If you have a passport from a foreign country then you will need a visa when coming here.

Q. Am I able to work in Australia?
A. Yes depending on the Visa you have. Student Visa’s can have a work permit meaning you can work up to 20 hours per week while studying. A working holiday visa means you can work for an employer for up to 6 months. And lastly if it’s a tourist visa YOU CANNOT work in Australia.

Q. How long will the whole process take?
A. Each application has a different time frame on how long the specific visa you are applying for will take. These times can vary and are updated monthly, though it is important to remember that other factors can attribute to this also. This can be: Seasonal peaks, high application volume, incomplete applications and complex cases.

A. Each visa has a different charge attached to it, this doesn't include fees attached from the immigration department and legal fees. All this will be discussed when we understand what visa you're applying for and what is needed.

A. VEVO – Visa Entitlement Verification Online – is a system where you’re able to check your visa status online. You will need to provide your details to log in which you will obtain after getting your ImmiCard.

Q. What kind of visa should I apply for?
A. If you’re uncertain, the best suggestion is getting in contact with us, we will tell you the details and help direct you to the right visa for you.

Q. Do I have to have documents translated?
A. Depending on the documents we need this may have to be done. We are connected to an accredited translator for this.

A. This would be considered as a new visa application. As long as the condition of “No Further Stay” isn’t attached to your visa then you could apply for a new one.

A. This visa allows you to stay in Australia while you are waiting for an application to be processed.

Q. How long does it take become a Australian Citizen?
A. This could take anywhere up to 24 months and can vary pending on if all required documents and information is received in timely manners.
